Been a student of Switch and am now reading what inspired it, as you know, The Happiness Hypothesis, as well as the Made To Stick.

In fact, will soon be writing up a review on it (Switch).

Remember to get your people to develop a growth mindset, you need to help them shape the path.

By the way, Shane, am close to relaunching my blog with Thrive. This butt-ugly site of mine will finally look good. (I hope.)

Thanks for the book recommendations, Shane! What is your experience with listening to audio books while working? Did that ever work out for you? I am currently experimenting with mixed results :)
