  • Shane,

I was lucky enough to get in on the early with SEO link robot. I think I bought lifetime membership at around $120 in total. I love this software, even over SEnuke. With this I am able to do both the mini nets you discuss, as well as being able to build trust out with my web 2.0’s.

I am able to log into each account and add further articles over time. I actually begin my new web 2.0’s without links on the accounts for at least a month. My new accounts do not get banned or deleted this way! This also leaves me time to have these indexed and some links going to them as well. Then after around one month I log in and add my articles with my links embedded!

As far as SECockpit is concerned I am already an affiliate of your swissmademarketing products and look forward to the official launch of this product.

Thank you for the head up on this one!

    Chris Cole

    • I got SEOLR for a one-time price as well and I also like the fact that you can use it to grow the Web 2.0 properties over time.
It’s really the monthly fee that makes it compare unfavourably to some of the competing products, IMO.

  • James Kintzele says:

Just a quick inquiry please. Is it a requisite to purchase the
affiliate software? You are the first co. to use this specific
software. Do you know of anybody else using it. Furthermore do you
know of any company asking their affiliates to buy their own software?
    Would be curious.

    Jim

    • No, there’s nothing to buy. Just fill the form (direct link here) to sign up and become an affiliate. It’s completely free to join, of course. :)

  • I have already tried SeCockpit. The best thing i ever bought in this Internet Marketing field. The gain in productivity is absolutely amazing.
In my opinion you should try to make this the next big launch of the internet marketing world, make millions with this. The profit potencial in this is bigger than anything i know.
You should protect this from competitors in my opinion and use legal help to dont allow anyone to make market research stuff like this.

    • Thanks, Miron! Very happy to hear that. :)

We’re actually not aiming to make a HUGE, million-dollar launch. Because of the way SECockpit works and because there’s a big cost involved in running it, a sudden spike in users could cause some trouble. We’re looking to grow, of course, but it’s more about steady, long-term growth than a one-hit wonder. :)

  • Ok Shane, I’m signed up and ready to purchase through my affiliate link! (Just kidding!) But I am signed up. Here in Alabama Switzerland is known for two things… Cheese and a certain kind of army knife. As for the other famous Swiss contribution, everyone here that actually wears a watch purchases timepieces made in China.

I expect you’ll be adding another Swiss icon with your new software. I know you are excited to be in on the ground floor of a highly stratospheric project. Naturally, your excellent writing style comes through like a beacon on your affiliate site.

Super best wishes as your rocket continues to climb.

    Norm

    • Thanks, Norm!
Don’t know if we can rise quite to the level of fame where Switzerland will be better known as the origin country of SECockpit than for, say, cheese or watches, but we can certainly try. :D

  • Thank you Shane

SECockpit is an excellent tool – use it a lot and it has identified some good niches to work in plus keywords. Best wishes with launch.

  • I was one of the first who tried SEOCockpit and it was pretty good, but eventually I gave up on all my monthly memberships including SEOCockpit (except 2) for one reason: as much as owners like the fact to get a check every month from the same subscriber (pretty cheap & easy money, I would say) so I do not like to pay monthly fees especially if I do not use it every day that I have to pay for anyway… In short – almost all of them were not cost effective… Personally I prefer one time payment solutions. :)

Anyway, I wish you good luck in upcoming launch…

    Alexander

    • Hi Alexander,

Well, I understand that you prefer single payments. Who doesn’t? :)
In fact, what’s even better is free stuff, right?

I do wanna emphasize, though, that with SECockpit, we are not charging a monthly fee simply because we want more money from each customer. SECockpit costs a small fortune to run. The hardware required, the ongoing development, the data from SEOmoz that we purchase… these are all very real, recurring costs.
If we don’t charge a recurring fee, we’d simply go out of business, because every customer would cost us more money than they paid us, sooner or later.

And also keep in mind that you could not possibly turn SECockpit into a desktop app. With a home computer and a standard Internet connection, it would never be possible to do what SECockpit does. There’s a good reason why all desktop apps are hundreds of times slower than SECockpit.
And if you wanted to host it yourself, it would cost around $300/month for a dedicated server and $500+/month for the data.
So really, we’re offering it at a very low price.

  • Alexander, your logic is faulty with the one time payment. If a tool is something I use fairly often I want the developers to have incentive to keep improving the product.

That is why so many one time payment products fail. The only two worth using are Scrapebox and AMR. I still don’t understand how Sweetfunny does it with SB.

As long as the developers use some of the money to continue to make the product better more power to them.

Plus, there is no way you could have a server based product like SEcockpit be a one time fee. That would not be feasible.

    Maybe you are just cheap.

    Dave

    • Thanks, but no need to defend our prices. :)
The monthly fee thing is a common objection and as a marketer, I need to know it’s on our customers’ and potential customers’ minds. And I need to find ways to demonstrate that SECockpit makes it’s users more money than it costs them. ;)

  • Hi Shane,

I too bought SEOLR for a one off fee and am happy I did. Like you I may not be able to justify the monthly fee. I had previously purchased Magic Submitter on a Special Annual promotion that worked out to about $25 per month.

I have owned (Rented) SECockpit Business Class since the beginning. I still can’t seem to get the export feature to work. I get a bunch of garble. I’m using Excel 2003 or the latest Open Office. I like the ease of use although it is quite slow IMO (using 10mip Broadband)especially when trying to tag and move KW’s into folders. And of course it may be my seed KW, but have yet to find a diamond. I keep hanging in waiting for updates such as being able to import list of my own KW’s and would truly love to export to Excel or OO. I signed up for support, but the url keeps taking me to the Swiss Home page with no link to support. Any quick fixes you can share here?
As always I love your Sunday updates!

    Regards,
    Stephen

    • Hey Stephen,

The export feature is causing some headaches because different versions of Excel handle the data in different ways. We’re doing our best to fix that.

As for importing keywords: that feature is scheduled to release before the public launch. :)

      • Thanks for the reply Shane. Could you tell me which Excel Version works?
        Regards,
        Stephen

  • Comment Update
    Shane… I managed to get into support…Thanks
