When I was a kid, I could spend hours in front of the TV watching world-class dancers effortlessly glide over the dance floor with smile on their face and pride in their eyes. That's how I want to feel! I decided to learn to dance and was counting the hours until the first lesson.
The lesson started - and it wasn't easy or freeing at all.
When we watch experts do something with ease, we often don't even realize how hard that skill actually is until we try.
